Refund Policy

Please be mindful that all of our producers work hard to fulfill your orders. Orders that are cancelled after the store closes on Thursdays at 12:00pm (noon) are often in the process of being made or have already been made, to fulfill your order. Cancelling orders after the store has closed is extremely disrespectful of the producers time and efforts, and affects the quantity of an item that could have been sold, thus negatively affecting the producer’s profit. Please make every effort to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order prior to each weeks store closing. 

Please inspect your order prior to departing the pickup location.  Please contact us as soon as possible of any products that are delivered in an unsatisfactory condition. We may request that you return the item to the Ranch Foods Direct Warehouse pickup site, and will offer to replace or issue you a credit or refund for that item.  If an item is missing, we will first try to locate and/or have the producer deliver that missing item to you if possible before issuing a credit or refund; this may take a couple days. 

We have provided a producer/vendor directory on our website with producer/vendor contact information for your convenience, You may communicate any problems with your order by emailing us at socovirtualfarmersmarket@gmail.com or calling/texting us at 719-445-7556. We will generally cc producers/vendors in an email with the plan to correct any order issues. 

All orders submitted must be paid for online using a credit/debit card or in person (if available). 

Many items are perishable, so refunds are not available if you forget to pickup your order in a timely manner.  In regards to order pickups, forgotten orders will be left at or brought to the Ranch Foods Direct Warehouse & Retail Store (4635 Town Center Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80916), where they may be picked up on Saturdays until 6pm or the following week during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm). Neither SOCO VFM, Ranch Foods Direct, Buckley's Homestead Supply, Springside Cheese Shop or the Colorado Farm & Art Market (CFAM) is responsible for the quality or condition of an order not picked up.
