OUR MISSION

SOCO Virtual Farmers Market was established in April of 2020 to help small, family farms and ranches, food businesses, and artisans maintain and increase sales during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and will continue to provide this valuable service to our Southern Colorado community for years to come. 

When you shop at SOCO Virtual Farmers Market, you are buying directly from the farms, ranches, food producers, and artisans. Our vendors own and price their goods. We're a new model for selling locally produced food - a next generation of the good ol' fashioned farmer's market model - an online marketplace making it easier to purchase and support locally produced food and goods from your favorite farmers, ranchers, food producers, and artisans.

Our Mission is primarily to grow and support our local food and agricultural economy. How? We make it possible for farmers, ranchers, food producers, and a few artisans to work together to meet the growing demand for convenient, local, regenerative food, in Southern Colorado.  Our marketplace brings fresh, healthy, locally grown and produced food to you, the buyer, in a cost-effective manner, on a weekly basis.
